successful future and presentation to their communities. Talitha Cumi Urban Etiquette & Leadership Academy has opened this closed-door society to urban young girls. 
Through a series of workshops, special events, life skills training, community service opportunities, educational enrichment sessions, job preparedness and mentoring, our young ladies are engaged in activities which promote development of:

LadyPamela is a "Social-Light."  

We strongly believe our future depends on the success of our girls.  Keeping that fact in mind our focus is empowering, impacting and encouraging girls.  Through the                                                            programs and our Debutante celebration, we are showing girls they are  valued & supported. Talitha Cumi (Hebrew for "Damsel Arise") is an organization geared toward helping young ladies reach their fullest potential while IMpacting their schools, their lives, their communities, their churches, their workplaces, their Generation.  We strive to equip our "Damsels"  with the tools needed to walk in leadership with poise, elegance and grace through professional, personal, and social development.  We  inspire our girls, encouraging them to dream big and realize their goals can become reality.  Through our unique training courses we are breathing life into our members.

             Talitha Cumi Urban Etiquette Academy is a pioneer resource for our youth.  The academy provides real world etiquette training, career & life skills development, image consulting and a multitude of other resources to youth who would not ordinarily take part in this type of training.  We have coined the term Etiquette with S.W.A.G. G. “Sophisticated, Wise, Accomplished, Graceful Girlz".   Talitha Cumi  Academy has brought etiquette back into style.  We have a large collection of programs designed for all ages and stages ranging from P.A.C.E. Pre-Debutante Training for young girls starting as young as 7 years old to our S.W.A.G.G.  Leadership Club for young ladies up to 19 years of age.
